burnz Posted December 17, 2010 Author Report Posted December 17, 2010 My usual dealer Tony www.asian7750.comForgot to add. Tony sells these for $180 each
Eton Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 Sweet, looking forward to some of your HQ pics B!
maxman Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 The 111 on the brown strap has some issues between the 3 and 5,scratches? hairs? dust? or Is It just me?
burnz Posted December 17, 2010 Author Report Posted December 17, 2010 it's just dust on the protective sticker on the crystal
PeteM Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 Congrats hope you enjoy them when they arrive mate Great price Whats shipping like?
Guest jsuperman17 Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 Wow that's cheap? How much for shipping?
burnz Posted December 17, 2010 Author Report Posted December 17, 2010 I pay $20 for EMS shipping (to Singapore). Prob a little more if you're in CONUS or EU, but shouting be more than what cartel charges.
burnz Posted December 17, 2010 Author Report Posted December 17, 2010 Stupid iPhone text correction.. Shouting = shouldn't
TK471 Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 The crown on the 177 is too close to the case on this. Don't understand why this is different. Otherwise, both are stunning!
Klockis Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 The crown on the 177 is too close to the case on this. Don't understand why this is different. Otherwise, both are stunning! Different factorys. 177 - Hublot factory 111 - noob factory Thats what I heard on the rep boards anyway. I agree, they look great. I have two 111J in the mail right now. One will get DLC'ed and become a 360
maxman Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 it's just dust on the protective sticker on the crystal Tony Is top notch In my book,I have purchased about eight reps from Asian7750,no problems what so ever.
Rolexman Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 Would love to see the movement shots. Did he send you some? The only thing that bugs the crap out of me on the 177 is the OP print on the movement! Why use a cheap movement with silly stamps. If you service this movement the ultrasonic cleaner will make sure your movement plates will come out nice and clean without any print. Than you're stuck with a $30 generic Asian 6497...
pabler Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 Very nice for that price.... Really gen watches for 99,9% of rest of the world!
Nebakanezzar Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 wow, 177 maker got the CG lever right, look at the gnarly gap on the CG lever of the 111...
maxman Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 wow, 177 maker got the CG lever right, look at the gnarly gap on the CG lever of the 111... Just go's to show you how easy It Is to miss something good call
StormTooper4 Posted December 17, 2010 Report Posted December 17, 2010 How good is the Ti CG ? (rhetorical) ;both those dials look to have the nice off white colouring you're on to a winner with those 2
burnz Posted December 18, 2010 Author Report Posted December 18, 2010 frankly, i picked these up primarily for the casesets which look pretty good for the price. i reckon in another couple of months, both watches will end up getting disassembled for other projects
btocamelo Posted December 18, 2010 Report Posted December 18, 2010 I was going to try Tony out, but unless I missed a discount...seems Tony jacked up the price to $198.00...capitalism is alive and well in asia ...plus EMS these guys are all charging is like $30 to US My usual dealer Tony www.asian7750.com Forgot to add. Tony sells these for $180 each
