fijikid Posted January 22, 2011 Report Posted January 22, 2011 Hey JMB - perhaps your Tudor Chrono ownership suggests you know a thing or two about these guys! You DO take things apart, no? My question: do the Yuki 7750 dials fit into the Tiger cases without modification? I know the Yuki dials are 29.5mm across, but I do not know the size of the modern Tudor chrono dials and if they vary between the big block and Tiger cases. Any help would be greatly appreciated - even though I've already bought the Tiger and the dial is on the way . TIA chris

chiman12 Posted January 22, 2011 Report Posted January 22, 2011 Kinda repish....gen black Vetta transplanted in a cartel Rolex 6234 case...nothing beats a simple black and silver dial...
jmb Posted January 23, 2011 Author Report Posted January 23, 2011 Hey JMB - perhaps your Tudor Chrono ownership suggests you know a thing or two about these guys! You DO take things apart, no? Chris, I completely demolish things!! I don't think I measured the dial but it fits a rep 7750 Daytona case perfectly. This particular example is a gen dial/gen movement in a rep Daytona case. My other is a gen dial/A7750 movement in a rep Daytona case. This really is one of the easiest builds around. Dial fits movement, everything drops into the Daytona case with no spacer required.
fijikid Posted January 23, 2011 Report Posted January 23, 2011 Many thanks for the kind reply, JMB! I'm really hoping that this suckers gonna drop right in...but if not, that's what sandpaper is for, right? Now if I wasn't so worried about pulling chrono hands... chris Chris, I completely demolish things!! I don't think I measured the dial but it fits a rep 7750 Daytona case perfectly.
