docdoc Posted January 22, 2011 Report Share Posted January 22, 2011 I start modded my DRSD and drill 1.2mm holes to fit the correct springbars. But I realize when I wanted to put them back on my case (and bracelet) that I need to mod the bracelet too… But I wonder if anyone could enlight me about the bracelet mod ? jmb Posted January 23, 2011 Report Share Posted January 23, 2011 You have to drill the holes in the band ends to a little over 2mm along with the tubes in the end-links. Use very high RPM on the end-link tubes or the bit will grab and break the solder bond loose. BUT, they will probably still work without the tubes even if you manage to twist off a couple... highoeyazmuhudee Posted January 23, 2011 Report Share Posted January 23, 2011 bracelets the easiest part. remove the clasp, put the bracelet in a vise, drill with 2mm and 3in1 oil. the actual endlink widen the loops by hand with a pin vise and the same 2mm bit.
