At some point I will probably give the Air a try but for now I love the fact that you can stare at the tablet and instantly expand the type or more importantly the pics for a closer look. flex Posted January 27, 2011 Report Share Posted January 27, 2011 I don't use Ipad for watch forums anymore mainly because 1) i foudn that the iPad's wifi system is quite intolerant of slow wifi connection 2) Safari always crashes when I try to read the threads with pictures esp Wristcheck post. Jkay Posted January 28, 2011 Report Share Posted January 28, 2011 You can buy an ipad case with a very thin rubber bluetooth kb molded into it, and also, any BT keyboard will sync up. Well, other than the fact that I'm GLUED to my iPhone for giants, it's great and fantastic for surfing (compared to iPhone). My wife reads books on it frequently, so it's a constant battle between us as to who gets it first! Then I started feeling inadequate getting onto transcontinental flights when there are only crappy movies and everyone whips out their IPAD to watch great movies. the rest is history.
