I want to open my 16610, and maybe 5513s, 1665s and vintage daytonas later on. I need a new tool btw The first one I bought was the Bergeon..but it was a knockoff and like yours, the 29.5 slips (You can buy genuine replacement dies from Ofrei though). lhooq Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share Posted March 2, 2011 I highly recommend the Watch Bitz 29.5 die. Why take a chance on shady eBay sellers, when Offshore definitely carries the right one? As soon as you've opened your first Oyster caseback with the proper tool (sure, chopsticks should work as the lever), you'll be hoooked. It's half the price of the bergoen at Ofrei's so I will order one. The LG's dies mate fine on the newer range rolex's, but I noticed last night that they seemed a tad small on my new 5512 and 1680 from josh. Hope the Watch Bitz fits better.
