ubiquitous
Much in the same way a new insert can change the look of a watch, I find that a new bracelet can also help update the look and feel of a piece that is otherwise business as usual. A friend sent over this 62510H (tight links with zero stretch/flex), which I've fitted to my 1016 Explorer. I don't have any Jubilee clad Rolex in my collection, so this really changes things up for an Oyster link kind of guy like me Thoughts? Justasgood
I love the comfort of Jubilee's.......but that watch needs an Oyster or Strap. Just MHO :-)
dluddy
I like it and I was of the opinion that this one should only have an Oyster
redwatch
Love the jubilee as well, but I think that the oyster looks more appropriate on this particular watch. Just my 0.02 However, that jubilee would be awesome on one of your Day-Date's
its_urabus
Looks amazing! Would look even better on my 1675
AsiadeCuba
love the bracelet. this makes me want to build an explorer now
lhooq
I started wearing a cheapo Jubilee rep on one of my old 1016 builds, and I think it's great. Very comfortable, and the polished center links go great with the Explorer's shiny bezel. Oyster is still my #1 choice, but a Jub is a refreshing alternative. ubiquitous
Thanks, gents You know... I've never been a big fan of Jubilees either, but I've found that it gives the 1016 a different kind of character. I still love Oysters... But this one is growing on me

It would looks great in my gmt And I just love that dial, its so simple well balanced. I think the Jubilees look great on GMTs as well! Very nice and complimenting look The 1016 is such a simple piece overall; very basic, yet balanced. The Jubilee and the multi-link design adds a little bit of an ostentatious facet to the otherwise simple aesthetic.

ubiquitous
Maybe not bark... But perhaps diamond set pave?
Tribal
So I'm not a fan of the jubilee bracelet, but must say it looks good. Nice one Randy

lhooq
Maybe not bark... But perhaps diamond set pave? As long as it's done with subtlety and taste. TeeJay: I didn't mean wooden dials, which can be nice. I was referring to "bark finish" whereby Rolex scarifies a case and bracelet until it wouldn't look out of place in Elvis's Jungle Room.
