timeBOMB Posted October 4, 2011 Report Posted October 4, 2011 I have been a long tudor fan and have been trying to shy myself from the big watches. The biggest i have is monte carlo big block franken which was sold recently here also. Gone were those days where watches are only for telling time. Complications has complicated your choice of watches. I try to stay aware from such pieces and collecting pieces due to its simplicity and rarity. I still do have several tudor oysters watches. I here to showcase on the beauty of these pieces and hoping that one day smaller case watches will be in again... Tudor Silver Big Rose Tudor Big Rose Black The No Date Rangers.. The Refurbish Cali dial tudor My Franken Rollies CASE & SIZE comparison Wrist shot..... Not that small for my 7" wrist FINALLY GROUP SHOT!! 2
lhooq Posted October 4, 2011 Report Posted October 4, 2011 This bed of Roses that you lay on... Man, those Big Roses are beautiful!
jmb Posted October 4, 2011 Report Posted October 4, 2011 Sweeeet!! I had never seen the Ranger with a Rose instead of Shield.
Jimster Posted October 4, 2011 Report Posted October 4, 2011 Sweeeet!! I had never seen the Ranger with a Rose instead of Shield. That rose on the ranger is a first for me! Very nice collection!
ile Posted January 11, 2012 Report Posted January 11, 2012 I am really impressed with your collection timeBOMB . Thanks to JMB I got this one last year and love it to bits. It really ignited my interest in small watches: And recently got this lovely vintage Air king:
jmb Posted January 11, 2012 Report Posted January 11, 2012 Contrary to popular opinion a 34mm "gents size" watch is not too small, just elegant!
ile Posted January 11, 2012 Report Posted January 11, 2012 totally agree with JMB on this statement. After wearing a 34mm watch for a week you just start to like it more and more :-)
Ronin Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 Awesome! A Smaller/Modest Size Watch is the new black! 34/36mm could make a come back.
Nanuq Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 Oh, wow those are nice!! Very very nice!!
ile Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 It may be a matter of pure coincidence but more people commented my watch when I worn the JMB built franken tudor and the Air King then when I worn the super avenger. The old school trend becomes cool again I think :-)
dluddy Posted January 12, 2012 Report Posted January 12, 2012 Lovely collection of Tudors. Love the Big Rose
ile Posted February 3, 2012 Report Posted February 3, 2012 And another 34mm affair :-) Air King 14000M 2002
