fischyyy Posted December 10, 2011 Report Posted December 10, 2011 Christmas is nearing and it's time we may want to gift a watch to ourselves or our loved ones and find there is no rep of it yet (or just really bad ones). Here is my choice for the watch which desperatly needs to be repped: The Roger Dubuis La Monegasque It's fairly new so I'm hoping for a rep in 2012!
maxman Posted December 10, 2011 Report Posted December 10, 2011 I started a thread about this one about a week ago...I just love It. It looks like something that would be fairly easy to rep.. The Glycine Airman 24 09.
chrgod Posted December 11, 2011 Report Posted December 11, 2011 That Glycince Airman is cool, however it has a 24-hour movement, will not be easy to replicate? On my wishlist I have the original Omega Speedmaster and the Tag Heuer Monaco.
valerian Posted December 11, 2011 Report Posted December 11, 2011 Speedie Moonwatch with correct subdial spacing.

Yes you are correct chrgod..Im thinking part of it will have to be faux..I love the look of this watch so much I could probably deal with it. Mike

redwatch Posted December 12, 2011 Report Posted December 12, 2011 Speedie Moonwatch with correct subdial spacing. +1 Also would love to see a non-quartz, proper rep of the Tudor Heritage Chrono. 1
penaduny Posted December 12, 2011 Report Posted December 12, 2011 (edited) is a single hand 24 hour watch too much to ask for? freakin nobody makes them! technically it should have a 0 at the 12:00 like Edited December 12, 2011 by penaduny
maxman Posted December 12, 2011 Report Posted December 12, 2011 Speedie Moonwatch with correct subdial spacing. Unfortunately I dont see that one coming are way any time soon. The Speed Moon just might be at the top of my list. Mike
lhooq Posted December 13, 2011 Report Posted December 13, 2011 I wish they'd reissue some discontinued reps! Speaking of Glycine, I wish I'd picked up a rep of the Airman 7 back when they were available. Ditto the Vulcain Cricket GMT.
tomhorn Posted December 13, 2011 Report Posted December 13, 2011 (edited) I know they can't rep this one because of the movement, but I had an IWC 5101 Portofino 8 Days on my wrist this weekend, and it's my new dress watch grail. http://www.iwc.com/e...rtofino/IW5101/ Edited December 13, 2011 by tomhorn

Mike Yeah, but I don't understand why? It's a watch with mass appeal and the factories solved the subdial issue years ago with the PO Chrono. What's the problem? Val.
dmacnz Posted December 13, 2011 Report Posted December 13, 2011 Proper Navitimer and 1+ for better speedmaster moonie
StormTooper4 Posted December 13, 2011 Report Posted December 13, 2011 The Chronographe Suisse Cie Continental Gransport Regatta Or even the panda version would be ok

Thats the same thing I've been saying all along val..If there were able to make the PO chrono with the 7750 mod....why not the moonie? I have the PO chrono with the mod 7750...It's been a great movement so far. There was a thread at geeks...and some were saying It has something to do with the movement. I dont quite understand myself Maybe I will start a thread and see why it is exactly that the Moonie cant be done properly. Mike
