TC is building me a Rolex submariner and as the insert of TC is far from perfect I am trying to source a gen insert for it! I already got an offer for a brand new one, but wanted to know what's the current price for gen inserts! Does anybody has some insight? Any help would be highly appreciated! It's not like they can be ordered from a supplier. Shop around there's bargains to be had. Just as a taster for you, here's my TC with gen crystal and insert. Last one I bought from the Rolex forum for £95 2nd hand delivered. There was one ended tonight on eBay for £50 2nd hand but it was a flat 4 . woof* Posted March 12, 2012 Report Share Posted March 12, 2012 My luckiest catch was a 16610 insert like new for 55$ shipped. The guy only had 20 feedbacks and was in Greece, but I took the plunge. A brand new one from an AD or independent with a parts account should run around $100 US just like Justasgood stated. Used ones are all over the place with those in good condition with tritium pearl and flat four typically getting the higher amounts. Don't pay more then $200 for one of these.
