z3k0
Nope, looks like old BP with new straps ... Josh released some new BP straps (calf leather, croco pattern) ~10 days ago, so I guess now they are selling BPs with these straps. regards
maxman
I was thinking the same thing...nothing new here really...just the straps...and maybe better lume.
HartDoc
I view anything released on april 1 as suspect.
watcher
Dial is superlumed by looks of it.
FDG
They do have superlumed hands and dial. To bad the lumed it wrong on the 5004 Specs and pricing is now up on Josh his website.
Mills
These look great. How close are they to gen though? Any obvious tells? Does the AR need to be sorted or is it good enough out of the box? I've been thinking about getting a BP for a while now and this might have pushed me over the edge

The 5004 is the better of the 2. Not in same class as the latest pams but fairly affordable.
loopy29
No not good. The 5004 is lumed wrong. Great reps though apart from the lume and the Daisi

I've been thinking about getting a BP for a while now and this might have pushed me over the edge As far as Im concerned these are very good reps. The lume may be off but I seriously doubt that anyone will notice. What really bugs me about the BP Is non working power reserve. Im sure they could have done something about that...maybe a 23j movement or another movement that would at least show some type of PR. HartDoc
Its what keep me from getting one, I really want one but I dont want to puts >$500 in mods (AR, fixing PR, strap, and reluming) when it can be a simple fix from the factory. Jkay
Yes, there are so many Asia movements with working PR .. I wonder why the BP does not receive any of these
Craig88
There is a working pr version but the subdial is far too far from the side as I'm guessing this is where the pr movement mechanism is. I really don't understand what the big deal is with the fixed pr. When you're wearing it it should be around max anyway
wat44
I have the working PR version which I prefer and it also has 24mm lugs instead of 22mm. Seriously - a watch of this size NEEDS 24mm and so in not tempted by the other version.
