New 1016 on the way!

Just got word from JMB that my new 1016 was finished...

He sent me a few pics to tide me over while it's in transit, but actually I think they made me more anxious than anything else.

Looks exquisite! A big thanks to Mr. JMB who is really a pleasure to deal with and would proactively keep me updated every step of the way.

Maybe, M, but it looks so nice and crisp! Brian can start with a clean canvas and give it a personality that's uniquely his!

That white-on-gilt is the best Explorer dial that Yuki has put out in almost three years. It's nice to think that this might have been how the 1016 looked if you'd bought one from an AD in 1964!
