cc33
Finally got my phong 6265 back with gen sigma dial installed. Looks great but I think ill swap in some gen hands one of these days.
HauteHippie
Fantastic. Love the black sigma dial. I don't want to ask what that set you back. But it's an absolute rare beauty! Wear that one well . . . and I definitely recommend hands when the budget allows for it.

dieselpower
Lovely, but dare I say age the case so it matches the dial? Either way, wear it well.
cc33
I fully agree this is the dial by itself.. I say your right and the case needs some extra vintigizing
HauteHippie
I would agree as well and follow Red's lead on the vintagizing front... His 168000 looks amazing.

lhooq
Excellent dial, cc! The subdials give it a lot of character. Before you do anything to the case, I would suggest darkening the lume on the hands. It doesn't have to exactly match the dots on the dial, but it would give your 6265 a more cohesive look. cc33
Thanks everyone, I think phong messes with me sometimes lol I bought hands that were supposed to be right but they're grey instead of black. I'm going gen and never looking back.
lhooq
Thanks everyone, I think phong messes with me sometimes lol I bought hands that were supposed to be right but they're grey instead of black. I'm going gen and never looking back. Back in April I ordered one chronograph sweep hand from Phong. I specifically ordered an all-black hand, to match my silver dial. A month later, I was pleased to discover that he'd sent two hands. Not long afterward, the 6263 mid-case I ordered generously included a handset. I thought that was nice of him, other than the fact that not one of the three sweep hands was all-black!

lhooq
Lol, he's special! Actually, once I realized that Phong had gotten all those orders wrong, I felt a bit nostalgic for ol' DW.
