marlin22 Posted October 24, 2012 Report Posted October 24, 2012 Hi Everyone, Just finished my first all Asian 127 and "E" movement for a fellow rep. enthusiast. As always the movements are based on the Noob movement and watch. I have built out many all Asian 111 and 112s, but these are my first E movement builds. I am building more of these now a days since the ETA components are getting harder to get and more and more expensive. Here are the pictures, all components on the watch are Asian and modded to look gen. Thanks for looking...... 1
jcrob Posted October 24, 2012 Report Posted October 24, 2012 The old Panerai E-F movements are pleasing to the eye. If its ETA components used only difference is it has signed ETA on the plate? Also the quality should be better and lasting in the long run? If its getting harder to source and getting expensive the more its time to go swiss ETA NOW. On some pics the incabloc is not evident, still all in all EXCELLENT skill!
jcrob Posted October 24, 2012 Report Posted October 24, 2012 The papers are nice addition if you have the SE box to put it in and display it but Panerai used a special paper for it, its more offwhite and very thin. But what do I know,. lol.
korneevy Posted October 24, 2012 Report Posted October 24, 2012 That looks good. Are you selling them? I will PM for details if you say ÿes"as i need one of these

kiasars Posted April 17, 2013 Report Posted April 17, 2013 had my 111 modded by marlin. He's indeed a magician.one should not hesitate to speak to him about his work.cheersHi Marlin, you really perform magic on this 111. Attached here is another of your masterpiece.
krizquattro Posted February 24, 2014 Report Posted February 24, 2014 This is truly a work of art. I cannot wait for you to make me one. How can I be added to your order list?
Vegasvic Posted February 27, 2014 Report Posted February 27, 2014 I will chime in with all the others. Your work is seriously seriously killer. I just picked up a new 111 myself, and though I am quite pleased with the quality overall, there are a few mods that would make it killer, along with a good cleaning/regulating.
marlin22 Posted February 27, 2014 Author Report Posted February 27, 2014 Thanks for the kind words guys.... This is an old post many refinements have happened since then, including a new version of the Noob 127 with better movement bridge engravings
