projectologist Posted January 26, 2013 Report Posted January 26, 2013 Actually this one arrived by surprise. A great member forwarded it to me as it had been done to him. I'll be wearing it for a little while, make that, wearing the hell out of it because it's so effing nice! He included a nice dark brown gator, but the bracelet is so comfortable and well-done, I'm not going to change it. Overall fit and finish is impressive, it's been a long time since I've had the constant urge to stare down at my wrist throughout an entire day. The almost iridescent quality of the blue dial is hard to capture, so I'll take some more pics and try to nail it better. As well as some macros of the movement (the Swiss version with the correct silver and gold finish parts). Arrived yesterday so I took a couple of quick pics. They're low contrast as its overcast and grey this week, but it seems fitting as this watch exudes understated class, not flash and bling.
dluddy Posted January 26, 2013 Report Posted January 26, 2013 Wearing mine as I type. One of my favorite all time watches. Dresses up or down and still exudes class. A Genta home-run design
projectologist Posted January 26, 2013 Author Report Posted January 26, 2013 Agree... right at home with jeans and an old sweatshirt... 1
asciwhite Posted January 26, 2013 Report Posted January 26, 2013 Thanks for the pictures I am waiting for one myself.. And an Aquanaut. They are so damn nice!

projectologist Posted January 26, 2013 Author Report Posted January 26, 2013 I always liked these but always found them far too small ((( I think I best stick with the swag !! 41mm case, 44mm including crown.
PeteM Posted January 26, 2013 Report Posted January 26, 2013 41mm case, 44mm including crown. Exactly.... 1
asciwhite Posted January 26, 2013 Report Posted January 26, 2013 I think it wears like a "Slim sea-dweller" its substantial and pure. I fell in love with the Pateks through the Aquanaut... And I am used to wearing vintage pams. Like 47mm + This is just comfortable and makes me feel good.
PeteM Posted January 26, 2013 Report Posted January 26, 2013 This is just comfortable and makes me feel good. Sounds like my Mrs !!! 2

Mike on a bike Posted January 30, 2013 Report Posted January 30, 2013 Hmm yes Pete unfortunatly small, to bad sharp as h*ll!
HondaDoug Posted May 4, 2013 Report Posted May 4, 2013 Just received identical watch today from Angus... VERY nice! Only criticism is the clasp isn't as nice as could be.
cory Posted May 13, 2013 Report Posted May 13, 2013 Beautiful watch, Project. Too bad I'm too young to wear a Patek or an AP without looking like a playboy. One day though!
lfovco Posted June 9, 2013 Report Posted June 9, 2013 This is soooooo nice. I tried gen at an AD recently. Super nice.... I wear 44mm PAM's pretty much 95% of the time, but I'm super close to getting Nautilus.
monacol Posted June 21, 2013 Report Posted June 21, 2013 Gents, beautiful piece. From which source/Dealer to you recommend getting one for delivery in the EU. BestP.
webvan Posted August 24, 2013 Report Posted August 24, 2013 This reminds me I need to wear my MBW version ;-)
