Looks good to me even though I can't really see the pearl very well in the pic. The 4 in 40 would put it around 2004 or after.

It is gen, but in poor condition. It would bother me looking at it all the time on my LV, just my 2 cents!

As mentioned in email mate, for the asking price, its too cheap, but as you say could be the poor condition.  The rear of the pearl looks suspect, maybe its a replacement that has been glued in after the original being lost?  The pearl on a gen insert snaps into place, no gluing needed.  Just like the insert itself, snaps into the bezel ring, no gluing needed either.

Absolutetly agree with you Michael, But getting ahold of a gen LV insert is also not easy, specially for the money... The condition might not be the best, but also remember that the pictures magnify the condition quite much, personally I dont think it looks too bad, of course, its not new.

 

So this brings me to the question, if EUR100 is too much, what should it be worth?
