V Posted December 5, 2006 Report Posted December 5, 2006 Well I have been to watch paradise and back... At the airport I tried more than 50 high-end watches.. The ONLY ONE I REALLY REALLY liked and I would consider wearing along with my Panerais is the Rose Gold HUBLOT BIG BANG... This watch is just amazing and the rep is very near and close A very nice Breguet? (don't remember very well) with Tourbillon and sceleton movement.. I watched it running for 5 mins without being able to take my eyes off it. Some AP's... Tried them but to be honest I liked the Big Bang much better.. And you say Panerais are big Nice unusual design this Jordi... URWERK in Platinum... Beautiful A nice IWC/Mercedes setup Of course a lot of expensive cars.. This one was worth of photographing more than others Finally on the way back...
Pugwash Posted December 5, 2006 Report Posted December 5, 2006 Looks like you had fun. Thanks for sharing.

swdivad Posted December 5, 2006 Report Posted December 5, 2006 The Urwerks get my vote as the most innovative!! Looks like a fun trip, AND with a nice romantic ending *-)
Quarks Posted December 5, 2006 Report Posted December 5, 2006 Nice review Kos. Love the APs.... esp the AP chronos and the Black Theme..*drools* Always good see the 112 back on... I never get sick of seeing it. Ever.

I never get sick of seeing it. Ever. Thanks Aaron.. To be honest I didnt liked the AP's.. Don't like the silver subdials on the black dial.. too much contrast (Same as the Panerai.. hate silver subdial Pams) The 112 is ALWAYS on.. and yes I think I made a great choice for a gen.. Months later and I am still not tired of seeing it as well..
gioarmani Posted December 5, 2006 Report Posted December 5, 2006 No picks of your better half with those fine pieces? Tsk, tsk...
r11co Posted December 5, 2006 Report Posted December 5, 2006 Switzerland - strange place and strange people. The only place (from Gorbals to Naples) that anyone has tried to steal my father's car (Audi A8).
V Posted December 5, 2006 Author Report Posted December 5, 2006 @V...where are photos of choccolate, cheese and other good stuff! Here are some non-watch related pics of my trip.. To the H.R. GIGER museum (I am a fan): At the bar: At the Olympic Games Museum: And a funny one eating traditional Fondue

chrgod Posted December 7, 2006 Report Posted December 7, 2006 Nice pictures. Love that Aston Martin DB5 ( or is it DB6?) :-) I imagine Switzerland in November must be a somewhat dark and wet place.. Summer is past and the winter season has not yet kicked in.. You did not see the famous factory where they make AAA+ Swiss made replicas?
V Posted December 8, 2006 Author Report Posted December 8, 2006 Nice pictures. Love that Aston Martin DB5 ( or is it DB6?) :-) I imagine Switzerland in November must be a somewhat dark and wet place.. Summer is past and the winter season has not yet kicked in.. You did not see the famous factory where they make AAA+ Swiss made replicas? Saturday that I did the tour was very sunny and great (check the photo of the Olympic games museum) I've seen the AAA+ Swiss factory you mention.. They had some strange big signs on the top of the buildings saying AUDEMARS PIGEUT, BREGUET, BREITLING, etc...
