I was told it's a gen dial but refinished. It has a heavy lacquer look--kind of wavy, but looks pretty good and bold! The dial feet appear to be correct for a 3035 or 3135 but mine is on a ETA 2824 so the feet were cut. It's in a gen 16030 case and fits perfectly. I gave this as a gift but just got it back to take out a link. I'll try to post some additional pics if I have time with the watch tomorrow.
