I've never seen this style with the black minute track, but the crown looks pretty good to me, daytona spacing looks good, back of the dial is stamped "singer", never seen sub-dials like this on a rep dial either, with the concentric circles.

Thoughts?

Just compared with Daytona book. And it does look pretty good.

Only thing I see wrong, is the spacing is off in DAYTONA and numbers need to be a bit thicker

Here a example from the book.

Can we also see the back of the dial and where did you get it from?

Also sins the word DAYTONA is in red, this would have to be for a stainless steel model 6264 or 6262.

Apart from the red, the 6263 is a 3 liner dial

Like so

Can you tell us the source or price of the dial?

Seller is asking $500 for it.

I would say that's a bit steep, it's defiantly a reprint onto a singer plate, a fairly good one apart from the flaws listed.

If you like the dial, try to get a better deal.

6263 needs to get the word Oyster... and the only black PN dial officialy known on a 6263 as authentice is the Rolex Cosmograph Oyster.

$1M+ at Christies.

Not even a chance to get this on your wrist having people thinking it's a Gen one
