This is too funny!  I told a guy over on TRF, very tongue in cheek, to do this very same thing about a month ago.  He was a Pam guy and was making some comments about how he liked Rolex vintage pieces but they were too small for his Pam tastes.  He said even the modern DSSD was too small for him and he wanted something 45-50mm.  

 

I advised him to go find a vintage Rolex pocket watch, put a strap on it, and then he'd have the best of both worlds.  He'd have a vintage Rolex timepiece that was nice and fat like a Pam.  LOL
