NDT trading rivet bracelet

About a year ago I found a riveted folded band on eBay and tried it.... it was pretty darn good.  It was sold by squinky:

I checked and he doesn't have any more listed but who knows?  Maybe more will show up.  It was $155 shipped.

Well, I sent him a message:

 

"Do you have this in 20mm? Also, do you have it without springs?

Thanks!"

 

and here's what he said:

 

"no and no - thank you"

 

 

So that sucks. :S  I don't know if that means he's getting more in, or if he's done, or what...

Bummer.  So back to Yuki, I guess.  I wonder if there is any way to find out who actually makes his bracelet?  There has to be another source for these and even if Yuki is out of stock, I bet someone has them.  Maybe the original source continues to make them but Yuki only chooses to stock a small amount that he knows he will sell?  I can't imagine he buys every single one that is produced, so the mfr must be providing them to other sources, too.

 

Also, if enough people come to him at the same time I wonder if he can do a special buy from the mfr?

I am fairly certain Yuki's folded link bracelets were not unique to him. They are likely available from many other sources& a good google search, followed by contacts with found sources, would likely yield positive results.

I did some Googling and came up with this.  It's a step in the right direction, but this is not what Yuki had for sale.

Well that's the squinky one... I wonder if he would tell us where he sources his? If so, maybe we could get a 20mm non spring from his supplier?

i am also in the market for a 20mm yuki's riveted bracelet.  yuki's supply is farily unstable.  i remember they didnt have any in around Dec 2012 but sold them again in 2013.  if anyone has a spare yuki, please let me know..

Well, I spent like 3 hours yesterday searching and only found the stupid thick link versions... I wonder who we could ask to get closer to the supplier?
