alberto.86 Posted December 24, 2014 Report Posted December 24, 2014 Hello Friends I'm here to present my new Rolex Yatchmaster! The construction is as follows: BK \ Sean YM TC bracielet Gen dial Gen hands Gen DW Gen crown Gen tube Gen crystal Swiss Eta 2824 And now a few shots! 3
droptopman Posted December 24, 2014 Report Posted December 24, 2014 Beautiful piece there. Looks great.
jigelow Posted December 24, 2014 Report Posted December 24, 2014 I know that gen hands can be broached to fit an ETA, but how did you manage the gen DW on to it? Amazing YM. They're really starting to grow on me. These builds absolutely help that. I need to focus on my current build that is 95% done and these really give me scope creep.

blue. Posted December 24, 2014 Report Posted December 24, 2014 Congratulations on this nice build. Were the hour, minute, second pinions been modified to accept genuine hands or the hands were broached?
HaydenM Posted December 24, 2014 Report Posted December 24, 2014 I don't usually like the Yatchmaster but that is gorgeous
2pac Posted December 25, 2014 Report Posted December 25, 2014 WOW Alberto !!!! It's amazing!!!! Really beautiful! Sportivo ed elegante
ceocorona Posted December 28, 2014 Report Posted December 28, 2014 Yeah, it was my understanding that the ETA and Rolex 3135 DW rotate in different directions? Care to elaborate a bit more? 1
Juancholmp Posted December 29, 2014 Report Posted December 29, 2014 Where I can find a ym dial. I've alredy the platinum bezel crown crystal looking for a gen dial
ww12345 Posted December 29, 2014 Report Posted December 29, 2014 Yeah, it was my understanding that the ETA and Rolex 3135 DW rotate in different directions? Care to elaborate a bit more? +1
Nightwatch Posted December 29, 2014 Report Posted December 29, 2014 Amazing Yachtmaster. That looks beautiful. Great pictures and fantastic lume-shot and colour. Congrats on this unique built:)
J.S. Posted January 5, 2015 Report Posted January 5, 2015 (edited) Yeah, it was my understanding that the ETA and Rolex 3135 DW rotate in different directions? Care to elaborate a bit more? Newer Rolex models like 3135 are turning the DW same direction with ETA movements. EDIT: BTW very very nice YM (hoping to not to like it so much ) ((don't wear it very much , these are scratch magnets, TC also blogged about this in his blog)) Edited January 5, 2015 by J.S.
