cjroden
I purchased this from Joshua around 18 months ago and it's been a great watch until recently it's developed an issue with the crown, after setting the time and date which works no problems, the crown just won't click back into place, is this something that can be repaired?, can anyone recommend anyone who can repair?, I love the watch and its a real shame. I live in West Yorkshire, hope someone can advise, unsure if parts are needed, Thankyou Guys.. Chris
fitmic
It's a common issue in the Planet Ocean. The threads have worn out/stripped.

bobandshawn
Yes - new tube and crown. Happened to me as well. I think I got them from Ofrei. Gen was less than $100 I think... Best, Bob

kernow
Message SSteel on here. He's a good watchsmith and can probably assist. He's from the UK but resides in Finland.
chronoluvvv
some folks have had luck squeezing the tube gently and then screwed in the crown since it gives it some semblance of grip while it isn't a lasting solution it might tide you over until you find a suitable replacement

jdkno
There is another option. Open the case back and take the crown off the watch. Use a pair of pliers to gently squeeze the tube. Put the crown back on and see if the threads engage. If the first time you try it still does not work just try again and eventually it will work. You just can't squeeze the tube too much at once as you risk over tightening it.

SSTEEL
So seeing as its not cost effective to have me help you getting this done, who are you now sending it to? I can recommend UK Watch Services, Alex, and Neil, UK Based.
