hugop Posted January 28, 2015 Report Posted January 28, 2015 Congratulations! Welcome to the addiction. Great first choice its hard to beat a Noob 111 for accuracy.
Silwer Posted January 28, 2015 Author Report Posted January 28, 2015 Yea, it is an addiction. I am now going to order an Noob CrPO 45mm asap...
mrbobdobalina Posted January 29, 2015 Report Posted January 29, 2015 Noob 111 is one of the better reps. Good choice, looks great!
Silwer Posted January 29, 2015 Author Report Posted January 29, 2015 (edited) With my old quartz watches. *Apparently the replica PAM is my most expensive watch so far (until my 45mm Noob Omega CrPO arrives). Edited January 29, 2015 by Silwer
Vinguru Posted January 30, 2015 Report Posted January 30, 2015 Good choice for a rep! Had one and loved it
ozon1969 Posted January 31, 2015 Report Posted January 31, 2015 Good choice, was my first one as well. wear with pride!
folex Posted January 31, 2015 Report Posted January 31, 2015 yep. that is the latest noob v3 pam 111.
Silwer Posted February 2, 2015 Author Report Posted February 2, 2015 Make sure you service the movement. By service you mean oiling? Also, is it worth to attempt waterproofing this watch? Can it be done?
ogladio Posted February 2, 2015 Report Posted February 2, 2015 By service you mean oiling? Also, is it worth to attempt waterproofing this watch? Can it be done? I'd assume he by service meant a proper disassembly of the movement, cleaning of the parts and after that lubrication and tuning (typically with help of a timegrapher). Re waterproofing I'd dare to say that all better reps can be waterproofed, at least to 3 atm. Greasing of gaskets, installation of new/extra o-rings are a couple of actions. Note, say above being far from a watchmaker as you might understand
StoneP Posted February 2, 2015 Report Posted February 2, 2015 Great first buy! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
StormTooper4 Posted February 2, 2015 Report Posted February 2, 2015 Slippery slope you've landed on there. Good choice
fishgodeep Posted February 12, 2015 Report Posted February 12, 2015 Good choice - Enjoy and Welcome to The Club
sul Posted February 15, 2015 Report Posted February 15, 2015 (edited) Asjalik esimene kell. Üks korralikumaid eksemplare replikate hulgas ja suht hea töökindlusega. Edited February 15, 2015 by sul
Silwer Posted March 6, 2015 Author Report Posted March 6, 2015 Got my new rep Asso today from Toro. 2
watchbrah Posted March 9, 2015 Report Posted March 9, 2015 I wanna get this exact watch.. you got it from here? http://www.torobravos2014.com/index.php?route=product/product&keyword=pam+111&product_id=87 Also where did you get all the straps? I'm not too familiar with the internals of watches so how would I go about "servicing" it?
imailtx Posted March 10, 2015 Report Posted March 10, 2015 Can someone please provide a link as to where I can purchase one of these Panerais? Thanks for any assistance. All the links I click on the "Dealers" page seem to have been shut down. Watchbrah, I saw your post after I posted. I'll try your link. Thanks.
Silwer Posted March 14, 2015 Author Report Posted March 14, 2015 Link above is correct one. Straps: I have two rep straps from Toro (rubber and asso). Black and dark brown strap were ordered from ebay. These are not very good ones. Black one looks bit cheap. Also I have ordered two more straps from CB Straps (black snake skin and brown X-Mas ammo). You can find him from Facebook. Will post more photos, when I receive ordered straps from him.
