whoopy12 Posted April 25, 2015 Report Posted April 25, 2015 I understand that it's Maron, who's reputation has become more public thanks to Mr. Mayer, but YEZUS this thing is hard to look at My 'favorite' parts include the dial, crown guards, and case back engraving. What do you guys think? http://robertmaron.com/product.php?productid=16262&cat=0&page=4&sold
jmb Posted April 25, 2015 Report Posted April 25, 2015 The "O" in the COMEX logo on the dial looks different from what our COMEX experts have told me it should look like...
cc33 Posted April 25, 2015 Report Posted April 25, 2015 He's the worst, shame on him http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=382518
panerai153 Posted April 25, 2015 Report Posted April 25, 2015 I believe that more "questionable" watches have passed through Maron's hands than any 10 other dealers combined!! I wouldn't buy anything from him, even if I could afford any of his watches. I feel sorry for the poor sap that bought this "infamous 198" COMEX.
Beachcomber Posted April 25, 2015 Report Posted April 25, 2015 Mayer is an ass clown with more money than brains, I'll bet he had those purest [censored]tards over on VRF giving him tips on how to buy authentic real deal Rolex. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 1

rower Posted April 27, 2015 Report Posted April 27, 2015 Maybe he can send it to one of our modders to have some work done on those crown guards!
508-Fanatic Posted April 28, 2015 Report Posted April 28, 2015 Dbane could fix them for him, only charge him 3% of purchase price ;-)

508-Fanatic Posted May 3, 2015 Report Posted May 3, 2015 $260 sounds about right... we'll have to keep an eye on that.
