PureTime Posted January 2, 2007 Report Posted January 2, 2007 Dear All, Sorry for the inactivity recently because of the Asian Internet problem, I even cannot log onto RWG... and sometimes TRC. Today I have a very important release, the APROO with Genuine Swiss 7750 movement, got it from a secret source and I am quite sure there is no many people know about it at this moment. I have only 2 pcs on hand, one black and one blue because they are very expensive, I will have white dial in the coming few days and will update the pics. Enjoy:) Wish you a happy new year! Cheers, Angus
Craytonic Posted January 2, 2007 Report Posted January 2, 2007 Wow, a beauty. I know many have been waiting on this. I do not know much about the APRO line. The bracelet on this one looks great to me. Is there a chance they will use it to release an updated non-chrono RO with a bracelet that steps down correctly?
Devedander Posted January 2, 2007 Report Posted January 2, 2007 Sorry if it's a noob question, but that's running seconds at 9 right? And is there a reason in some pics the 6 oclock is not completely vertical?
promotersf Posted January 2, 2007 Report Posted January 2, 2007 Nice, I'm ready for one of these. Any of the AP pros want to chime in on this bad boy?
Esmarc Posted January 2, 2007 Report Posted January 2, 2007 That's it. I give in. He already did! Esmarc
KB Posted January 2, 2007 Report Posted January 2, 2007 Unfortunately I just can't come up with the coinage Ken
Guest RiverwindMDS Posted January 2, 2007 Report Posted January 2, 2007 that's really cool but I'll be waiting for the seconds at 12 version with a better date mag. when the seconds at 12 version will be out?
bertieng Posted January 2, 2007 Report Posted January 2, 2007 They have made the case and barcelet so damm perfect, it's a pity they can't make the small second subdial and the logo at the correct positions.
thomasng Posted January 2, 2007 Report Posted January 2, 2007 He already did! Esmarc Screw that, this piece is way too expensive, especially if the dial still has a lot of flaws!
archibald Posted January 2, 2007 Report Posted January 2, 2007 AP Experts: Is this swiss version the same swiss version George posted @ TRC?
thomasng Posted January 2, 2007 Report Posted January 2, 2007 AP Experts: Is this swiss version the same swiss version George posted @ TRC? Yes, it is the exact same, except for the different dial variation which George has. George's version has an Asian 7750.
swdivad Posted January 2, 2007 Report Posted January 2, 2007 George is also offering both asian and swiss. The a7750 version should be just as good, the movement is not bad at all like the older 21,600 model. We need more dial variations, but this is a beauty
Estaban Posted January 2, 2007 Report Posted January 2, 2007 that's really cool but I'll be waiting for the seconds at 12 version with a better date mag. when the seconds at 12 version will be out? What a beauty. Date mag on the gen is not great as well. I would say the same as this rep. Love that watch
ubiquitous Posted January 2, 2007 Report Posted January 2, 2007 Interesting... Angus' version has the smaller pattern waffle dial (older style). I wonder if there are plans to continue offering this older style dial with the Secs @ 12:00 variant? Would be neat to have your choice of old or new dials...
gran Posted January 2, 2007 Report Posted January 2, 2007 you know a lot of details repaustria impressive it is and I am now very interested in hearing the answer to your question Oliver Happy timekeeping Gunnar aka gran
Sir-Lancelot Posted January 3, 2007 Report Posted January 3, 2007 Since the seconds are running at 9, I wish they would label it as such. I know its wrong compared to the genuine, but for me it is more wrong to have seconds that are labeled minutes. If they label it wrong, it would be just right.
