cola Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 Probably really obvious but I can't work it out - I can't see attached images (where there is a link - not embedded) - eg, http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=18277 When I click on the link I get the standard "You do not have permission to view this" type page. Had a look round the help pages but no ideas. Thanks, Andy.
ted stanley Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 I am getting this too, seems obvious but have no idea how to fix the problem? Any advice would be appreciated . Cheers TS
fitmic Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 Yes, me also. Yes... Running XP and Firefox v.2.xxxx
Pugwash Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 Running XP and Firefox v.2.xxxx With Adblock?
Pugwash Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 English please! Do ... you ... have ... any ... advert ... blockers ... installed? Adblock is a Firefox extension that blocks adverts (it's bloody brilliant) and banners and the like.

Adblock is a Firefox extension that blocks adverts (it's bloody brilliant) and banners and the like. Is it something that could been switched on or off in Firefox? Ah, you said extension. No I don't have it installed. I get some kind of strange error message, like the first poster.
HauteHippie Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 It's not adblock. Adblock doesn't cause the board to return permission denied errors. I'm seeing the same problem when trying to click the pictures in Boaming's listing. It happens with IE and Firefox.

I wonder if Boaming could just reinsert the images.

Slartibartfast Posted January 8, 2007 Report Posted January 8, 2007 No good for me I'm afraid. I'm getting the same error message. I also note that I can see some avatars but not others.
Admin Posted January 8, 2007 Report Posted January 8, 2007 To those of you who can not see the images; The reason this has happened is because of an anti-leech script that was tried out during the new installation. Things should be ok if you clear the cookies, log out and then log back in again.

ted stanley Posted January 13, 2007 Report Posted January 13, 2007 Still not working for me either, if I click on the attachments for example. http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=17631 The error returned was: Sorry, but you do not have permission to use this feature. If you are not logged in, you may do so using the form below if available. I am logged in. It looks like it is a permissions issue? Is there some permission lacking on certain members accounts???
Admin Posted January 13, 2007 Report Posted January 13, 2007 This error should now have been fixed for all members
