Received my new ZF version of the fifty fathoms, I think the strap is possibly a bit too dark, but the case and dial are spot on, and I am really enjoying wearing this.

I had to smooth off the deployment clasp edges, as just to sharp, and an obvious tell but easily done.

Otherwise Super Rep, or Nwbig, now my favourite watch.

Yes, maybe the besel is a bit dark, but I think you need a side by side with a genuine to be sure of what you have got here.
The strap is almost black and shows more blue in natural light, it's just a pity that the sun wasn't out yesterday, the pictures would have been so much better,

color is always tricky, depending on lighting and unless the difference is very salient, hue or tone variations are sometimes not definitive call-outs.

I do agree that this is a NWBG watch. Congrats and wear her well!

I remember DSN focusing a lot on the FF - back then totally loved it - I think they're stunners .- this is the 500 fathom right ? Does it have a case back to match the original too ? They have a lovely back too! Wear it well.

These are beautiful watches. I have the noob version of the Blue Fifty Fathoms. It is a great watch and one that would be hard to fault. The only tell, which requires both a really close up view and someone who either has a genuine or is a real BP WIS, is there is a thin wavy guilloche band around the outer edge of the dial on the gen but not the rep. I believe the new ZF version has the guilloche around the outer edge? I will have to say that in the sunlight, this is one of the most beautiful dials around!!
