HF
Hi all this is my very first post here so I appreciate if any experienced member can give me some suggestions. I am very interested in a 6263 cream/off white color dial watch and I am wondering what's the best version from TD available so far? Ideally I want something look close to this: In fact, I am more concerned about the look instead of accurate size/font/etc since I highly prefer a watch without Rolex logo on the dial (ideally custom made name), would TD do this or what's the best way to mod it? So far something closer i found is: https://puretime05.com/daytona-6263pn-stainless-white-dial-bracelet-asian-venus-75.html https://puretime05.com/daytona-6263-ss-cream-dial-1-on-bracelet-venus-75.html https://www.ts-station.cn/mobile/goods.php?ProId=22501 Thanks a lot! sputim
If you want the best version it‘s a long and bumpy road. You need vietnam parts and a valjoux 72 (preferrably 726). But the final outcome is more than satisfying Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

HaydenM
Is it just me or is the PN daytona becoming the new watch du jour? Seems very similar as to what happened a few years ago with the 1016. A gorgeous old vintage rollie that cannot be bought in an appropriate form so building is the only way, and as it's popular, people will. Unfortunately that's really where the answer lies. They're a bit of a build to get into but how deep down the rabbit hole you wish to go is up to you. Once I put a bit of money aside it will no doubt be the rabbit hole I'll go down. HF
Yes I know the best is to get the Vietname dial + parts, but I really couldn't afford that much money...... I found the following 3, ideally I want the #3 off-white/cream dial colour with #2 overall look. #1 seems too white.... 1) https://puretime05.com/daytona-6263pn-stainless-white-dial-bracelet-asian-venus-75.html 2) https://puretime05.com/daytona-6263-ss-cream-dial-1-on-bracelet-venus-75.html 3) https://www.ts-station.cn/mobile/goods.php?ProId=22501 In fact, I am more concerned about the look instead of accurate size/font/etc since I highly prefer a watch without any Rolex logo / coronet on the dial (ideally I can print a custom made name), would TD do this or what's the best way to mod it? Any suggestion?

HF
@rolojack is the man with the magic. Look through all his threads., Learn. Yes @rolojack is the man who build fantastic 6263, but basically I just want to buy the best available stock 6263 that I can find directly from TD (at least this moment) :-) If I buy a watch from TD, would it be possible without any Rolex logo / coronet on the dial (ideally I prefer a custom made name or any name but not Rolex), would TD do this? Or what's the best way? I am completely new so any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
hologramet
You are asking ”How long is a piece of thread” and the answer is everything from very short to very long. there is only one option straight from TD. The Cartel with Venus 175. The next level is modding it... e.g. RJ. Sure you can make a custom dial. But expensive. Maybe 500 to 1200 USD? Then we have a Vietnamese v72-build. Now youre in the 3000 USD+ Why not simply buy the Steinhart homage??

Guess the only option is to buy a stock cartel Venus 75. Since this replica's dial is quite far from gen, I really wish there is a way to rub-off the rolex coronet / name and simply change to any other name. That's all I wish, but no clue how to achieve and how much for this very little change.....
Sogeha
I find the Steinhart attractive enough head on, but my is it tall.
tomhorn
I'm not all that familiar with the cartel 6263, but would this not work? https://www.ebay.com/itm/Dial-for-Seagul-ST1903-movement-daytona-style-30-5-mm/122608492669?hash=item1c8c09207d:g:H98AAOSwN9tZcOPO

I search around and would probably choose the following 4 models from internet, which one seems better overall? Do you guys think 3 smaller subdials looks better (picture 1,4) or 2 regular subdials w/ 1 bleeding subdial @ 6 o'clock (picture 2,3) looks better? (subdial size wise, seems picture 2,3 with bleeding subdial is closer size to gen? Among all 4 dial colours, I like the dial colour on picture 4,1 the most as it's not too white nor yellow, but subdials seems really small?) 1. 2. 3. 4. sputim
I would go for number 1. looks decent if you don‘t want to spend too muchSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Comparing to gen, (except the subdial bleeding @ 6 o'clock) Does Picture 2 and 3 has a better subdials size and spacing than Picture 1.
HF
From pictures, it's very obvious one version has very 3 small subdials while another version has 2 bigger subdial w/ 1 bleeding subdial. If looking at real-watch, would it be that obvious difference?

Hi again, I got 2 days ago a $900 usd panda dial and the closest to me its number 1. compared to the gen: -For most people they will see if you clothes and vehicle, age and work position match with your watch so if you drive a porsche or ferrari people will asume gen daytona ($78000 usd) -For experts and replica fans it will be and instant tell but to be called out its very unlike since probably the one spotting its also a replica owner/lover. -Among many gen forums members, you will be an atrocious monster of fakest fakitty eww and deserve to stay the rest of your life in exile. HF
I was browsing more TD website and found this version. I am not sure if this is the same version I found before, what you guys think? I am going to pull the trigger soon
