hanswurst Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 A friend of mine brought a translucent Submariner with REPLICA instead of ROLEX on the dial from one of his journeys... Anyone knows where I can get one??? Just to complete the collection ;-) Thanks in advance!
b16a2 Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 I don't know the asnwer, but I do know I like your signature picture
vmena Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 Go to eBay and search for "submariner policarbonat" or "submariner policarbonato".
hanswurst Posted March 13, 2007 Author Report Posted March 13, 2007 Go to eBay and search for "submariner policarbonat" or "submariner policarbonato". Thanks, that is the one... and it seems quite popular in Italy! But unfortunately they all have stupid "brand" names like BRAVO or GENEVA... not a distinguished brand like REPLICA!
richard_uk Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 Thats a pretty cool idea, I'd love a regular sub with replica, in rolex font, instead of rolex on the dial, do they exist?
gioarmani Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 http://www.neimanmarcus.com/store/catalog/...Id=prod36450006 Clear band & case. Daytona has fully functional chronos.
WatchDude Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 I travel to Italy a number of times each year (for business), they are ALL over the place. One of the owners of a company I do work with has one with a green bezel, he wears it when he comes to the states. Saw him a few weeks ago in Germany and he had on a two-tone Daytona & his son had a GMT II.
z80 Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 They sell those things in Filene's(sp) Basement.. It's a name brand discount store like Ross, but much nicer.
TeeJay Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 Hmmm, I've already got a black ABS submariner, I suppose a translucent one wouldn't hurt for the collection
fotoman Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 click LOL THAT IS PIMPIN FREAKING AWESOME I think i like the themed versions better - check out the Nightmare before christmas and simpsons model
hanswurst Posted March 14, 2007 Author Report Posted March 14, 2007 Thanks for the suggestions, but I need that REPLICA print with the harlequin hat instead of a crown on the dial!!!! It just never fails to impress!
jfreeman420 Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 I would buy one of those Replicas as well. Those light up watches would have been good about 12 to 13 years ago when I was into the rave scene. Couple of rolls a girl and one of those watches on each arm is great entertainment.

Rave Scene + bling rolex - ERROR, ERROR does not compute, does not compute
hanswurst Posted March 15, 2007 Author Report Posted March 15, 2007 (edited) OK, I got one of the blinking ones... But I am still searching for a REPLICA SUBMARINER with a harlequin hat ... and Google is useless in this case. Any help???? Edited March 15, 2007 by hanswurst
hanswurst Posted March 15, 2007 Author Report Posted March 15, 2007 (edited) Rave Scene + bling rolex - ERROR, ERROR does not compute, does not compute I'll see if it works in Clubs...
