jonthebhoy Posted March 18, 2006 Report Posted March 18, 2006 Looks good on her. Does she gets to keep them? JTB
vmena Posted March 18, 2006 Report Posted March 18, 2006 Watches are nice but... her hands are pretty much nice!
Guest Carl Posted March 19, 2006 Report Posted March 19, 2006 The watches...and girl... are very nice. But perhaps she would like her own Cartier... It worked for me.
swdivad Posted March 19, 2006 Report Posted March 19, 2006 Both very nice indeed... I say she needs a Patek Twenty-4
Guest Sql_pl Posted March 19, 2006 Report Posted March 19, 2006 @ Carl You mean one like this: @ Davidws She's got one and loves it! Cheers!
Guest Carl Posted March 21, 2006 Report Posted March 21, 2006 @Sql_pl It was the second (in gold) which worked for me! Best of luck to you! Carl

the collector Posted March 22, 2006 Report Posted March 22, 2006 Nice pics, i love the 6263, is it a DW?
Quarks Posted April 1, 2006 Report Posted April 1, 2006 I have absolutely fallen in love with the 116520 after looking at these pics. I am not a rolex man, but this one caught my eye. The unfortunate thing is the small diameter. I tend to go for 44mm and up watches. Any PAM lovers here? Care to comment on the size on Rolex watches? I am sitting on the fence on this one...

For me, everything under 44mm seems too small, although the IWC GST is almost there, and the 42.5 Planet Ocean is pretty good size as well. So far, no Rolex has been big enough for me... That, with the stigma attached to it, makes me steer clear of them.

manuel Posted April 1, 2006 Report Posted April 1, 2006 hehe.. Nice daytona! I personally would like more the modern white daytona, (with seconds at 9, el primero u know). did u bought this watch from eddie? or its genuine? I don´t know too much about daytonas but that looks terrific. I must admit, a girl with a daytona always impress me. "Rich [censored]!" I usually think, but please dont take my words literally.
manuel Posted April 1, 2006 Report Posted April 1, 2006 after seeing the pictures i think you should mod the cgs, however daytona has a lot of cgs variations..

Reporting as ordered ? I never touched Rolex's mostly because the first comment one usually gets is "Rolex.. must be a fake" but the Daytona is an absolutely beautiful peice. I throughly enjoy wearing mine and its getting a lot of wrist time, the size is more classic and not as in your face as PAM's and personally I don't find it too small but just right - doesn't mean I'll give up my PAM's though It's also the one I tend to go for when heading out for a night on the town or a upscale restaurant when I know people will be looking at my wrist, mostly because its subtle but instantly recogniseable. Don't mean to highjack your thread sql but here's another photo Edited April 1, 2006 by exper
Quarks Posted April 1, 2006 Report Posted April 1, 2006 Awwww.. not another photo! That is just plain evil! You are making me salivate.... *wipes keyboard* exper, that is a wicked pic btw! (and undoubtedly a badass watch)
Quarks Posted April 5, 2006 Report Posted April 5, 2006 Just to be sure the chronos are not workable, are they? What about the seconds subdials?
exper Posted April 5, 2006 Report Posted April 5, 2006 Second sub-dial should be at 6 and functional and the chrono's do work
8o8 Posted April 5, 2006 Report Posted April 5, 2006 hmmm how come there is no engagement ring or a wedding ring on the girl's left hand? when are you giong to make an honest girl out of her? /me runs
SubFrog Posted April 5, 2006 Report Posted April 5, 2006 Nice watches...and they look great on your lady. My little lady has a Pasha de Cartier as well...but, no little shiney things around the bezel. Very nice!
