Love that shot Freddy...

Hell, EVERYONE'S wristies are excellent, but there is something wrong...

Can't you feel it? There is a disturbance in the force...

Something is out of balance... like... there is not nearly enough...

Still banging away through the weekend with the Daytona beater

_____________

A quick story about this watch.........

This morning, while waiting in the checkout line at the hardware store, the guy in front of me (wearing a modern gen tt datejust) caught sight of my watch & asked to see it. All he said was 'Wow, that's a rare one'. I nodded in affirmation (thinking to myself, yeah, asymmetrically-pushered 7750-powered 6263 DWs are rarer than the gens). The average Rolex owner (to paraphrase stock market guru, Jim Cramer) KNOWS NOTHING!.

OK, I just HAVE to do something to counteract that double blast of Breit-Bling yesterday....

Now that I have regained my sight...

More vintage not-so plain vanilla anti-bling goodness....

Now, that is a nice watch. Would love to see some better pics. I may have to post a pic of my 45 year old (open-through-the-crystal) Benrus.

Aren't they a lovely little pain in the ass Freddy?

This one is past due for a service, is getting "tight" and is starting to run ever faster...

PM me if you want a mate (spare parts) for yours..

Mine has been running for the past 25 years without any problems (or servicing), so I do not need a spare watch (yet). But I appreciate the offer.
