Great parts sale on the bay!

Hey - great find on ebay. Was looking for a dial for an El Primero I am rebuilding, and found one from this seller- part I received was genuine and perfect. He has Omega Breitling, IWC, Cartier, Breguet ORIGINAL dials and parts. My Zenith dial came in original sealed plastic bag with tag & serial numbers.

If you are thinking about a Frankenproject, this may be the place!!! Let me know what you think.

Something just doesnt seem right to me...

Too many "genuine" dials for WAY too little money.

Took a look at the IWC dials...they don't seem to be in great condition.

They seem on the up and up. They allow you to bid on everything instead of high buy it now prices. Kenberg might be more familiar with them.

I cannot vouch for all of them, but the Zenith Chronomaster dial I got was perfect. Some look better than others, but if they are original, for some of them, who cares. The final bid on my dial was under 30 bucks!!! I had a beat up black dial and got a clean white guillochet dial- so Im a happy camper.

Would any of our local VC overseas experts be able to evaluate the dials there? Maybe some are gen some are not. The El Primero one is kind of specific, but others could be reps?

Have never dealt with the seller but looks like they have been around for 8 or 9 years and have good feedback. Anybody know if the gen IWC Spitfire or VC Overseas dials will fit the reps?

I would guess they are coming from an authorized repairman who is selling dials that have been replaced. It just means you have to look at them carefully before buying if that is the case. Thanks for posting this.

I purchased a Rolex gold buckle from him a while ago and it was genuine and in great condition. I can't speak for the dials but from my experience, I would have to say that he is legitimate.

These people are in my hometown and I have been to their shop to pick up a gen Navitimer dial that I won from ebay.

They are very legit and own a repair shop from way back so no problems at all.

I've never known Watchco to sell anything fake. They have a constant supply of rare and unique parts...I always keep my eye on their eBay lineup.

I watch them on the bay, too- have bought gen Navitimer dial, and also a NOS Omega case for an F300 tuning fork movement from them. They're legit. I'd like to raid their parts department...

Word of warning...the IWC Spitfire dial shown is for a 3706 (small case) and not the 3717-02/05. I know you know that LR...but others reading might not.

In my experience Watchco are 100% legit. They are highly respected throughout the watch collecting community and specialise in older Omega stuff. I have had plenty of experience with them - all good.

Be careful...sometimes there are scratches not evident in pics, that's way i'm usually disposed to pay <50 US$ for second hand dials i can't check in the flesh.

He has a nice Auqatimer chrono dial ( and one with scratches)..

Hmm, could be interesting to swap into the Aquatimer reps, where the lume markers sometimes are not very well applied...

I have also bought some parts from him before, no hassle!

I'm watching the 3 VCO dials, but indeed all 3 have some scratches, and one has an inpact in the lume. If I can get one under 50 shipped, I'd do the step as anyway a rep dial for Cross upgrade and a reluming cost much more.

I used this guy for a NOS Breitling Navitimer dial - it was perfect.

The deal was done and shipped fast too. I'd recommend him based on that experience anyway

Like stated above. Parts are not NOS but for the price, you can get a bargain out of it. The 2 IWC dials are in pretty good condition. I won't pay for more than 100USD shipped though.

The IWC 3706 Spitfire dials absolutely WILL NOT fit the rep case. Been there, done that.
