Thanks guys. Sometimes I feel I'm the only one here who never got the PAM fever.

I have tried on a genuine and it's an interesting watch... and I really appreciate the uniqueness of design. But they're just not for me. I'd wear a blue Regatta though.

Currently I'm lusting after TAG Link Chronograph and black SS/TT Breitling Chronomat (when a great rep comes out). But right now I can't get my new PO off my wrist, it's just amazing.

Sign me up :) The big question I wonder, is there anyone that's a Rolex AND a Panerai fan?

You obviously are not aquianted with Tanfoglio then

Great collection BTW By-Tor :thumbsupsmileyanim:

Hmm, I disagree...I think most RWG hardcores are both Rolex and PAM fans. I have lots of friends in the community who didn't like PAMs at first but eventually someone fu**ed up their head with that endless PAM propaganda. I tried to save their soul (that's what friends are for) but it was too late already.

Seriously: The forum and community wouldn't be the same without PAMs. They're nice watches and excellent replicas...and I can certainly see why so many people like them. Handsome watches indeed. Maybe one day I'll get one. I never thought I could become a Breitling fan but that's exactly what happened. Never say never.

Thanks guys. I was bored and added some wrist shots to the initial post (all familiar from the wrist check threads, lol).

  • 1 month later...

Since everyone's been posting their collections I updated mine with some old/new pictures. Some watches are gone though (sniff).

I need to take a new group shot one of these days. This is completely useless thread... just some eyecandy for everyone's enjoyement. ;)

BT...! wonderful shots...beautiful watches :victory:

I also carry the anti-pam antibody in my veins...som' tells me we are more than a few. :whistling:

One question lingers...why did you let the 1680 go? :(

Cheers

Alex

Thanks Alex.

I'm not "anti-PAM"... and perhaps one day I'll even own one. Nice watches. When I came to the watch forums I never liked Breitling, either. Now they're among my favourites. Never say never... but right now I'm not too interested in them. But those with ss bracelets appeal to me much more. ;)

About the 1680: That was a gorgeous watch. I let it go because I almost never wore it... it was just sitting in the watch box. I've had 5 Rolex Submariners but they never saw any wrist time. Why, I don't know. I prefer the GMT Master... those crispy colors and all. And somehow I feel too young to wear a watch that's (supposedly) older than me. I will probably purchase a Sub again one of these days though. I never learn.

Even nicer pictures.

And do keep 'em coming.

That Tag of your does have a certain appeal.

Considering buying the blue version myself.

Happen to know how close the blue in the rep to the genuine is?

EDIT: I assumed you have a black version. Now after having read your TAG review I realized it's blue.

Yeah, it must be one of the trickiest watches to photograph. It looks lighter blue, greyish or even very dark blue, depending how the light hits it.

This is a "jumbo wristshot" I managed to shoot today. I guess it's the best and most "photo realistic" TAG pic I've taken.
