i sent 1 month ago to a member from these forum.

and wait from THESE MEMBER THE TRADE:

1 swiss 7750

after 1 month i still wait the swiss 7750

so these member stolen from me 1 panerai HONPO187

ok, I am fully aware of whom you are talking since this member posted the exactly sam pics on this forum asking if this was or not a HONPO...I beleive there is some kind of misunderstanding and I belive you can solve this in private...this is just my opinion...maybe you've already tried to sort things in private, dunno!

so the story goes like this (according to you?!)

1. nikos1978 and pamfried agreed a trade (don't know when? do you have PM's or e-mails about your agreement?)

2. the trade was supposed to be : you give to pamfried your PAM187 (Honpo version) and he gives you a SWISS7750 movement

3. you ship the watch to pamfried and he gets (?) the PAM187 (Honpo version)

4. you don't get the SWISS7750 movement that was part of the trade

5. you send PM's and e-mails to pamfried to get an explanation and receive NO answer

6. conclusion - you have done your part of the deal and pamfried didn't (?)

7. you ask pamfried to return you the PAM187 (?)

is that correct? is that your story? did I miss something?

Nikos, my friend I know you wanted me to get the watch back from Pamfried however this is a HUGE mess and one I personally dont want to get involved with. I have talked with him and there are several issues with the watch and I know you guys were working something out but that is between you and he.

I can feel for your frustration.. Niko..

but I don't think the admin team is here to arbitrate disputes between members ... that is just my "feeling" .. in other words they are not a "clearing house" for "deals" ..

this is the down side and "risk" with purchases or trades ..... member to member

If Pamf... is around anymore I hope he can at least answer your emails ..

you should note that he is a member from 06 but very few post.. that tells you he is not here as often ..as most .. so hopefully he will get in touch with you

members should really start inquiring ... references etc. before doing trades or sending money..
