do i like the watch ?

yes :D the case is very nice - like the bezel assembly -

tube and crown - dial is also good enough.

on the way is a gen insert, crown, crystal + ETA movement.

ill let you know if it fits :)

not so good : the date font is a little to big - lets see how it looks under the gen crystal.....

cheers,

Frank

As B-T would say, the rehaut thickness looks great. Of course, when it takes gen parts like a crystal and bezel insert, that tells you that the dimensions are right on.

Is this a MBK dial or the Noob dial?

it should be a Noob dial - the printing is very nice - so i think it is :)

Does it have the 28800 bph Asian movement? Will they offer an option to switch to an ETA movement?

its an 21k Asian - i will try to switch to ETA - should be possible with new hands.

When will the euromariner with lugholes and no engravings be produced?

I am dying to build a 16800 :D

:D removing the engravings is easy - for the lugholes you need to find somebody with the right equipment .

Nice Frank, very nice.... :)

May I ask you what you used for on your dremel, I also have a dremel a complete set with lots of stuff to put on the dremel, which one did you use? You got a picture of it?

yes there is a noobdial and noobhands, noobdatewheel overlay in this case.

Wear it well! Can't wait to see the pics with gen-crystal, how it compares...

Chris

basically i used different grade of wet and dry sandpaper (for metal) -

- this will remove the engravings .... than i polished it up with my dremel-tool

like this : this time not in a hotel room :D

which is not a dremel btw. - a cheapo fake dremel :D

and after that the last finish comes from Cap Cod.

cheers,

Frank

Thanks for the Tip and Trick, maybe could be interesting mod that I could do for some members who don't want to wait for the NON-ENGRAVED version which is still in the making (ordered has already been placed just awaiting the factory)...

Nice pics and thanks for taking the time to make a video :p

Don't forget when you put a gen crystal on, to PM me so I can take a look :)

Wear it in good health.

Indeed it looks very good :D but I still can't pass the barrier of having a Sub Rolex. My first and only Sub came from 99USD River, sold it shortly after that.

As for this one, it will be an easy swap to a high beat DG Chinese movement if you don't have the right hands. The movement is cheap too, I believe Eurotimez can include the hi beat DG as a spare movement.

PS: That is a super sweet dremel job :p

little update :

gen crown fits perfect without mods on the rep tube.

ETA movement is installed - spacer ring fits - only new hands are needed.

cheers,

Frank
