Star69
after Tribals review i could not wait to get me this new toy - so i bought 1 of the "test samples" - thanks Eurotimez and Tribal for the fast + excellent service today i got the watch - here some pictures : this is how it arrived in the morning - i wore it at work - good enough to go : the engraving .. okay on the pics it looks fugly - in RL is not that bad : a naked pic : the caseback has a sign from a watchmaker : asia glory : nice crown : yes somebody worked before on that watch : the best part - the case : i decided to remove the engraving - dremel action after : and assembled again : do i like the watch ? yes the case is very nice - like the bezel assembly - tube and crown - dial is also good enough. on the way is a gen insert, crown, crystal + ETA movement. ill let you know if it fits not so good : the date font is a little to big - lets see how it looks under the gen crystal..... cheers, Frank

alligoat
As B-T would say, the rehaut thickness looks great. Of course, when it takes gen parts like a crystal and bezel insert, that tells you that the dimensions are right on. Is this a MBK dial or the Noob dial? Star69
When will the euromariner with lugholes and no engravings be produced? I am dying to build a 16800 removing the engravings is easy - for the lugholes you need to find somebody with the right equipment .
jmt
it should be a Noob dial - the printing is very nice - so i think it is Frank Can someone explain this? I never understood what folks meant by the dial printing being better...

Chris basically i used different grade of wet and dry sandpaper (for metal) - - this will remove the engravings .... than i polished it up with my dremel-tool like this : this time not in a hotel room which is not a dremel btw. - a cheapo fake dremel and after that the last finish comes from Cap Cod. cheers, Frank

EuroTimez
Thanks for the Tip and Trick, maybe could be interesting mod that I could do for some members who don't want to wait for the NON-ENGRAVED version which is still in the making (ordered has already been placed just awaiting the factory)... Nice pics and thanks for taking the time to make a video Don't forget when you put a gen crystal on, to PM me so I can take a look Wear it in good health. takashi
Indeed it looks very good but I still can't pass the barrier of having a Sub Rolex. My first and only Sub came from 99USD River, sold it shortly after that. As for this one, it will be an easy swap to a high beat DG Chinese movement if you don't have the right hands. The movement is cheap too, I believe Eurotimez can include the hi beat DG as a spare movement. PS: That is a super sweet dremel job
EuroTimez
Yes Takashi, Can get DG 4813 as spare movement at only + 25 usd when purchased with a watch.
