lazarini Posted September 14, 2008 Report Posted September 14, 2008 My new baby i picked up this weekend in NL from Tribal himself, 5513 gilt dial meters first ... love it! Laz
alphakazi Posted September 14, 2008 Report Posted September 14, 2008 I might take the PO Casino Royal up today - no clients.. a casual, relaxing day (got tired of the ss bracelet) this watch could use Chieftangs double AR
freddy333 Posted September 14, 2008 Report Posted September 14, 2008 My new baby i picked up this weekend in NL from Tribal himself, 5513 gilt dial meters first ... love it! A Perfect 10. It should come as no surprise what I am wearing today (Sunday)
Stephane Posted September 14, 2008 Report Posted September 14, 2008 Facing a break in Subs (but not for a long time) here is what I wear ... This watch is the first one I prefer in the flesh than on photos. Amazing on the wrist, believe me. Of course, it's a "out of the box DW" and it will need a serious help from some knowledable members to make it better. But, I must say that I am positively surprised how much I like it.

Stephane -- It looks brilliant just the way it is (I am assuming it is Valjoux-powered). What needs 'serious help'?
erwinner Posted September 14, 2008 Report Posted September 14, 2008 had to be patient after I recieved the Ingy and 3717 allready 2 weeks ago, but saturday my local watchsmith was finally back from his holidays and fixed these 2 beauties straight-away... Sorry for the late-night pic's but have been busy all weekend with the family as it might be these were the last rays of sun we will see this summer in the NL's enjoy!

I'm glad you shime in Thanks for that. Well Freddy, I agree it looks brilliant but ...it is not a Valjoux, it is a Mystery Movement. So some of us have crhono issues, others can't wind it ...I mean, we're not looking to be as close as possible to the 60K genuine one yet. We must find a way to make them work properly though...then we can start the hunt for crystal, crown/tube... Of course the right solution might be to pick a gen mvt, but at 1.500 it's not an option for us

I thought this was a new DW & since the Mystery Movement is history (as far as I know), I assumed it was Valjoux. What is wrong with yours & has anyone tried to fix it?
