@Swissaddict: I closed the End of the Week Wrist Check because Freddy opened a new one Sunday evening. If the old wristie thread is closed, there's always a new one going already.

Very nice IWC by the way.

Just like Ubi, I'm choosing the WM9 for Monday. It's a new pearl short of perfect. Just a stunning steel Sub!!!

Today is the 13th & I know it is the 13th because I spent the entire weekend twisting & twisting & twisting & twisting & twisting the stem of my 6542 -- to set the correct date (I am amazed that anyone was ever able to do any jet-setting in the pre-quick-set days, because date-setting must have taken up most of their time)

(Thanks for the wonderful moonscape, Bazz)

Here is my new Rollie Deep Sea shot from an angle that allows one to see what a tall case this baby really has. The watch has serious presence, which again, is something I never expected from Rolex..

I will wear this for the whole week...just cannot get it off of my wrist...it's been attached to my wrist since almost 10 days, and I had to wind it only once (and it is a manual wind mvt)...yes, you guessed right :
