Pugwash
It's always the best language to express your feelings & not getting flamed in the next 200 posts... It helps if you spell it right instead of copy/pasting it, though. Otherwise you'll get flamed by those who can spell in Latin. Just in case ... well, you know. Highflyingclive
Willith, Willith, Willth.... I know that you acted with the best of intentions... but your list is too short. Always the under-achiever ABP offer watchstraps made from animals that you may never have heard of... check out the choice, if it isn't endangered, it seems that ABP will make you a strap from its hide. Being French, they probably offer personal customers a tasty stew made from the rest of the beast Here is the link: http://www.abp-paris.com/abpw/index_en.php This is an abbreviated list: Alligator - square, hornback or round scales Stag Lamb Ostrich (from several different parts of the anatomy. I fancy the shin...) Buffalo Goat Suede Peccary Pig Calf Sheep Beaver tail (nice...) Anaconda Toad Elephant Emu Stingray Frog Kangaroo Llama Pangolin Perch Seal Python Shark Dogfish Salmon Sea Snake Camel Cobra Sea Bass Whip snake And for the polyester-wearing vegans : Denim Moire Satin Cork. All straps are made to measure and look absolutely beautiful. Not cheap, though. Happy timekeeping! Clive
TiberiousT
As long as it is not human or endangered I will wear it. BTW:Ted Turner has a huge ranch raising buffalo for human consumption.
Willith
@Clive, I did have pig on my list, but took it off because I have never heard of anyone wearing a pig skin strap. I guess the pork rind strap never took off like they had hoped. And you forgot to mention eel.
Willith
Looks like we can add hippo to the list. Don has a a few offered on Paneristi: Don's Hippo Strap
fitmic
Hi Willith, Buffalo (Bison) NO Stingray NO Shark NO Elephant NO Horse Yes Cow (calf) Yes Goat Yes Alligator NO Crocodile NO Why ? Because cows, horses & goats are bread for human consumption. The leather is a rest product. the others are species who belong in the wild. I am not a environmental nuthead, but that's my opinion. Gerco I second that!!!

narikaa
As long as it is not human or endangered I will wear it. I can think of a few humans more deserving of being skinned and made into usefull watch straps - than ANY animal .

Pugwash
Let's start with Saddam & "his masters voice" of al Qaida Dear $DEITY, is that the best you can come up with? It's a bit obvious and doesn't change anything. Michael Portillo is obvious too, as is Christiano Ronaldo. Margaret Thatcher would be on my list as well, along with Jim Davisdon, but none of these seem worthy enough of wishing death upon. Sure, their deaths would have comedy value, but not enough impact to really wish it. Michael Schumacher is my choice. You could dye his skin red and make exclusive sports straps for your Palbundi Ferrari watches. Or Ann Coulter for you Americans: Get some true patriot Ol' Glory bitchleather straps. Those on the other side of the fence can get Michael Moore straps: there'd be more to go round, so that'd be for big watches. There's not be much leather from a Tom "Short" Cruise strap and it'd suit the sciento in your life, but you'd probably need to keep it in the closet to stop it going off. Uwe Boll. I'd choose Uwe Boll. House of the Dead-printed zombie straps, or Bloodrayne print. Yeah, who wants Uwe Boll straps?
Birdman
I will be selling Hen straps soon. I hope nobody is upset with a chicken skin strap as these are free range hens
