A seller in my country sells authentic Omega box sets for Euro 60,-... should I go for it?

He send me this pic, can anybody tell me if it is a genuine set?

Thanks!

I'm no expert but I am sure I have seen a gen in the same case and if it is gen 60 Euro sounds a good buy.

It looks like a genuine one. My rep box is a bit different. You should see opened if the Omega on the inside of the box is SIlver or Gold.

99% sure that's the genuine article...and a good deal. The rep boxes I have seen do not include the outer box, manual, and certification card holder as pictured. The items in the picture are identical to those that my gen PO shipped in.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong but it's silver on the gen and gold on the rep case..........yes?

Precisely. Well at least in my rep Omega box the text is in gold color.

I could be wrong, but I think the gold omega lettering boxes are used for the gold watches, and the silver writing it used for the silver (ss) watches. I know Rolex does that too.

It looks real to me. I think having the box is a great addition.

That's inaccurate. The box that came with my mother's SS Datejust had gold lettering. I recall seeing gold lettering on boxes that came with Subs, etc.

Damn.. already bought it. Would love to get my hands on one of those warranty cards!

I have a few of those blank white warranty cards. If you are buying the box for your PO, you should try to find a red card.
