webvan
Seeing as Tag watches are more or less reasonable priced, unlike Patek watches for instance, it's not out of the question to think of getting a gen. Which one would you guys get ? The Monaco is something of course...blue one ? ;-)
Marc283
I would go for a Carrera or Link Chrono (if you have the money the calibre 36)
greg_r
For me it would be this: Grand Carrera Calibre 8 RS GMT
webvan
Thanks guys, wow that Grand Carrera Calibre 8 RS GMT is a beaut and GMT is probably more useful than a chrono in our "Global" world ;-) There is a blue version with a SS band but I prefer leather straps now for some reason. I see you have it in your sig, has it been well repped?
tomhorn
Too late ... I already own one ... Classic 2000 Automatic, blue dial. My next TAG will probably be a Link GMT.
takashi
I like Link series... but that Grand Carrera is not bad too.

PAMman
I don't really like TAGs at all, but I do like the proper Heuer reissue models - either the Autavia or the hand-wind Carrera (which aren't available new any longer) or the Monaco. The reissue hand-wind Carrera had the same Lemania movement as the Omega Moonwatch and is a real cracker, with only Heuer on the dial, crown and caseback - no TAG. Of the current lineup the answer would be the Monaco but I would look out for either of the other two on the 2nd-hand market.
iceberg1459
had a link cal.36 for couple of years...extremely well made watch with el-primero, nothing what you would expect from tag.. but eventually sold it.. i was bored of heavy bulky feeling
Seadweller4000
Oh damn, almost forgot the Heuer Bund. The Steve McQueen... Some legendary timepieces.

Ian C.
Link calibre S for me. Hope to treat myself next year. I've got to take my Gen Kirium professional in to my AD soon for it's 2 yearly battery change and service, I'll have a proper look at it then. Wonder if they'll offer a discount? docblackrock
I don't get your point? Ah well, maybe I should have added a after the p.s. sorry for shitty pic, crappy camera on GF's mobile - why oh why doesn't the iPhone support Bluetooth properly? will crack out the Leica at the weekend to do this big hefty baby justice p.p.s. brand new stickered-up complete with dive box for an absolute steal, practically given away p.p.s. if you're thinking about it, this should help you decide - the 'Graph has now (after LVMH threatening for years) gone 'end of life', technically in the catalogue (without RRP) but no longer in current production, inventory stock only.
