italiano17771
date doesnt look that bad, but i just wish they could center it. what do you guys think?
joint05
datewheel sucks!!!!! but the rest is looking fine!
chrgod
Not bad. For once the slide rule seems to be aligned! *EDIT* The sunken datewheel is due to the extra gears added to the 7750 for moving the chrono 30 minutes counter from 12 'o clock to 3 'o clock. Here is the gen.

b16a2
Datewheel is a real BIG giveaway... not for me thanks. With a watch with a dial as complicated as that, I wouldn't worry too much, the datewheel font is the last thing anyone other than us nitpickers would notice! italiano17771
i think the datefont looks pretty damn good, but it needs to be centered. the Dw being sunken was inevitable since we have not yet repped a 7753 mvmt.
geestyleed
Mh I wanted to buy this one as a gen once. Now here is my chance to get one in 2009
robertk
Datewheels will always be sunken on 7750's. Not a big tell at all unless you're one of us. Anyone looking at this watch would be amazed at the quality and almost NO ONE could tell it's a fake.
Limestone
I see that the tachymeter is aligned at the number 25. In difference to my Navitimer where it's not aligned. Is this new for this model, or is the new navis also aligned? (mine is about 2 years old) The date wheel doesn't bother me. Don't think that so many people can spot that it's "sunken", if they'r not into watches like we are .. Otherwise it looks great...
andreww
Looks just about perfect but for the sunken datewheel. Note that the date window is also much smaller than the gen, as the datewheel is slightly more inboard on the rep movement. The gen datewindow cuts in to the seconds lines at the bottom, the reps comes nowhere close. But, we all knew that would be a flaw on this one, and aside from that I don think it could be any better. For all you potential buyers please be aware that this one can only be worn with the bracelet, noo leather or rubber for this one.
MADRED7
mmhh, another nice BRTLG.....I was looking at a watchbook last week and this one caught my eye just because of its size......I think I
Bibbs
I really like that .. the only other thing I can see si on the gen, the center red printed dial has two gaps at 35 and 65, where the rep doesn't.

CY0811
This has 26mm lugs right? Also the date wheel being sunken in will bother me only because I know there other reps out there whch have less flaws...even though I love the size/look of this....I may go for something without this IMO glaring flaw since it will bother me a bit when I look down at it. Dave123
The bracelet has the tin look like the rep pro2 bracelet has,to me. The rest looks fine but i would have to pass due to the bracelet, will see what others think when somebody gets one.
MADRED7
I do like it...STILL like it. That watch was now put on my wanted-list....but I fear I will have to add some more watches on that list in the next weeks Theo P.S.: And this time I
Bibbs
I assume that there is no method to "pad" the datewheel out so it is closer to the dial? Lke making it thicker so it would stand out from the top of the movement more. Edited December 10, 2008 by Bibbs
yodap
Unfortunately no. Here you can see why: http://www.auctiva.com/hostedimages/showim...,0&format=0 Greetz.
Bibbs
I thought there may be something overlapping the datewheel, but I thought I'd ask. Shame they can't put a thin spacer round the edge of the datewheel and then put another on top. Leaving a groove for the cogs to turn in. Would make re-assembling a nightmare though.
