blue_sphere
Haha didnt read that part! It should already have SL lume. Congrats! If I saw it on your wrist I would be sure it was a gen!
alligoat
It should already have SL lume. Congrats! Actually, a Euromariner has the noob dial, so the lume is only so-so. But the watch looks very nice, hope you enjoy it.
bklm1234
it's actually a noob exp2 crystal. Wholesaleoutlet999 crystal has cyclop like a D-cup, too much mag. I originally wanted to use it because it's thinner. With the retaining ring shaved so the insert can go in recessed, a Clark crystal or gen crystal will look comically too tall above the insert. I dug up a noob exp2 crystal which has gen construction and it's perfect. It's thinner, has correct mag on the cyclop. Bingo. -bk
cht
Looks great! Nice work bk! Was any polishing done to the bracelet? It looks great for a noob! Is it me, or is the cyclops off to the right too much?

bertieng
But is it only my eyes, the crystal is sitting marginally too high above the bezel?

Master Chief
Wow, Nice! Mine is from WM9 Edited January 9, 2009 by Master Chief
SBrat
BK modded my PT's Supreme sub (WM9 Version 1.5). He trimmed CGs, installed Clark's crystal, installed WM pearl, re-aligned DW and shortened the crown stem (it was too long originally & protruded out a little). The watch looks gorgeous, and is definitely a keeper. It was a pleasure to deal with BK. All my PMs were answered within max couple of hours, most within minutes actually. He looed at the watch and made suggestions on what should be done to make it look closer to gen. I will not go to anybody else for buying any watch model that he carries. I am now in a dilemma to whether have the sub serviced & superlumed or not. What do you guys say.
Raijor
I like what you have there ... as to the cyclops and the crystal being off ... they look fine to me ... enjoy it, it is a very good looking watch.

vizsladog
it gets better. I was in my local used rolex dealer looking for a gen seamaster (thats why im gonna sell this beauty) and he looked at it and offered me $3k for it. so i guess i'll be upgrading or 10% soon......... Dizzy
@ BK do you think the regular Noob sub crystal would provide the same effect? I assume the noob sub and exp2 crystals are the same??
im2
PLEASE ! Do not waste BK's time with separate mods now ! ! ! He has to assemble the new WM9 V2 Subs! joking, of course... Very nice sub...
bklm1234
@Dizzy: noob sub crystal is different from noob exp2 crystal. sub is top, exp2 is middle - yes noob exp2 crystal has gen style construction. noob sub crystal does not stay. -bk Edited January 12, 2009 by bklm1234
