In a few day's time we have warmed up 70 degrees and tonight we have winds of 102mph. :o

Ditto.. thanks for the cool North wind blowing in the islands.. but your winds would be considered Hurricane force here.. :huh:

Question..? so by "warmed up 70 degree's" does that mean it's only 30 below ?? :shock:

Was hoping to see some more pics nanuq. Cold in Chi as well. -2 tonight and low of -10 tomorow, but at least its not snowing tomorow.

78 DEGREES?! Good Lord I'd die in those conditions. How do you stand that heat??

AFTER a nice breakfast of beans.

I took the Rover down on the Arm last night and it was everything she could do to make 40mph upwind. It was like a giant hand was THRASHING me around. Pretty exciting stuff! Unfortunately I broke my Kestrel 4000 so I can't verify peak gusts. My coworker tried to put chains on to come to work (the wuss) and the wind was whipping the chains around like a handkerchief as he struggled with them.

Heading down again today!
