If a watch isn't made to go on your rght wrist like the destro, I just dont think it looks right. One thing that really bugs me though is wearing a watch on the underside of your wrist.

LOL ye my old geography teacher used to do that, looked really camp when he would flick his wrist round to check the time!

I've always had the idea that men were to wear watches on the left and women wear them on the right.

I don't know where the hell I heard that from when I was a kid lol, but I guess thats probably why I have always wore a watch on my left hand...even though I'm left handed also.

(not calling any of you men that wear it on right a woman! :p)

Although I haven

I've always worn a watch on my right wrist. I've never adjusted a watch while it was on my wrist, so that's never been a problem, and I've always been able to operate chrono pushers with my left thumb, so no problem there... I'd definitely agree with Robbie's post that it is easier to see a watch on the right wrist, and I'm all for ease :)

I'm one of those wearing them on the right wrist.

The story is simple:

When I was a teenager (you know, that period when you want to be different!), I decided to wear my watch on the right wrist to be different.

Most of the guys in my school were wearing them upside down on the left wrist, which I hated.

I was the only one among the group to wear it on the right one.

Almost 38 years later, it would be simply impossible to wear it on the left one, allthough I tried several times.

I too am a righty.

You and I must be cut from the same cloth. I can recall the exact same experience you are describing when I was in high school. ;)

Well for me it is a matter of how big the crown or CG's are.

For example i wear my PAM's on my right wrist cause it is much

more convenient to have those big cg's facing inside rather than

outside.I also prefer to wear watches without screw-in crowns or cg's

(like the Navi or the Datora or the Tag Carrera chrono)

this way because the crown is better protected from accidental

pull out.

Everything else goes on my left wrist.

Cheers

John
