I contacted Jewelry and watch about a white 1665 dial he sent some picture of the dial supposedly to be a singer base dial. rolex001 Posted March 13, 2009 Report Share Posted March 13, 2009 This is a copy off a Mark I DRSD dial where J&W probably forgot to paint the writing red, or at least pink (most of them faded) - just don't buy it, it's not exactly a good dial. It is the first Double Red dial on which the lettering of the first two lines tended to fade to pink (production error). They are worth major bucks. On this dial they didn't even bother paininting it pink. The 6 and 9 markers are a bit long anyway. Overall the dial looks good... much better than the standard MBW...
