  1. Perhaps some of the dealers could make up a current price sheet for each of the models they sell, updating when new models added. That way, it could simply be attached to a reply email when an inquiry is made regarding Omega, for instance. Repeated email inquiries for additional prices could be avoided, and a dealer could send out updated prices to previous customers in a bulk email periodically. The only inquiry that would be necessary would be to check current availability, and since price is already known, and accepted, a higher percentage of inquiries would lead to sales. Initial inquiries wouldn't drop, but eventually email maintenance would lessen from the dealer's perspective.
  2. If the outbound 401 was any indication early this afternoon, I think with the good weather that they're all off doing anything but work. I have had most of my packages take at least a week in customs. If it's warm and the sun is shining on a Friday, I get no mail. Mondays too sometimes.
  3. Damn, there goes this year's tax return. These 2 Omegas should just about use it all.
  4. I suspect this particular one will be one of very few gens in my collection. This one makes me think of poopypants' animated avitar.
  5. 78350 with 19 inscribed underneath and end links inscribed 571 This should be correct for the 6263 anyway.
  6. That's what I suspected. Thanks.
  7. Hmm. I was obviously incorrect assuming it was the dealer. Could you please enlighten me as to the true meaning of EL in this context? Thx.
  8. I wore this one at work today and again tomorrow. My fave so far of all my reps.
  9. They already do with the DW 'mystery movement'.
  10. Out of curiosity, where might I find a gen dial and hands for this watch? Mine is on my "to mod" list.
  11. Woody, your watch is quite nice. The subdial spacing is hardly noticable with that dial version. The Paul Newman dial shows the difference with the 7750 subdial spacing more. Here is a quick pic of my 6263 PN I just got from Eunomians. It's a DW with the 1:1 case and handwind movement, and you can see the difference in the subdial spacing and the asymmetric pusher spacing. It's just over 37mm.
  12. Well, this looks better. Much like the old RWG. Good to see everyone here.
