LOL seriously though this is [censored], I've heard plenty of stories over the years about well loved and cared for family pets suddenly turning and biting their owners, or someone else, I totally agree that bad owners should be held responsible if their dog bites someone, but how do you decide if the owner is to blame or not?

So are you saying that dogs never turn bad on their own? it is allways the fault of the owner if a dog bites someone?
