It's good to read about good and bad experiences so you can learn from others experiences and then make an informed descision who to deal with, or not deal with. (I'm talking in general here, nothing to do with this particular thread).

I guess this one is a tough call for ebay as the guy is saying it's authentic, and there are no obvious giveaway signs unless you're into reps and know what to look for, BTW ebay don't wait for their commision before taking action because that would be pointless as all fees are refunded if an auction is cancelled after it ended, and no I don't work for ebay

LOL seriously though this is [censored], I've heard plenty of stories over the years about well loved and cared for family pets suddenly turning and biting their owners, or someone else, I totally agree that bad owners should be held responsible if their dog bites someone, but how do you decide if the owner is to blame or not?
