Does anyone know if the twisted dial can be easily straightened? dealer says he'll replace if I can't sort it my end but it would be less hassle if I could get it sorted.

I have just got the black version, unfortunately the dial is twisted, I took the back off to see if there was anything I could do, mine (hers) came apart without having to remove the bracelet, with the 4 screws removed the whole case and movement just drops out leaving the back and bracelet in one piece, I noticed that the movement is Japanese, on the dealers site it says Swiss, is yours Swiss?

I've only done a bezel insert once, that was sub too, it was held on with thin double sided sticky tape, I think the new insert came with the sticky already on and you just peel the paper off and stick it down, instant fix.

If you look on eBay also search "russian diver" there's some interesting ones very similar to the UBoats with removeable grill thingy on the front.

There's usually lots of Uboats on eBay, they're not that expensive, not sure if they're reps
