I'm a bracelet man myself, very rarely wear anything on a strap, but that rubber strap really suits the style of the watch, so I say rubber.

Is that site deliberately set up so you can't actually see what it is that they produce?

Thats great, my sons too have had several watches from me, I've allways liked Seiko they're the best in their price range IMO, built like a tank too so good for a young boy, I like the military style one, tell him it's what soldiers wear and he'll love it even more

I noticed you said that you had to back the screws off on the bracelet, I did that with mine too because of it making them stiff, but I lost a screw so I've tightned mine back up now, tbh you don't notice it when your wearing the watch, it finds the shape it needs to be around your wrist and sticks there, if that makes any sense.

3/6/9 are way off, logo is too big, gen doesn't say AUTOMATIC on the dial, and Swiss Made is in the wrong place, but most people wouldn't know and it's still a nice watch.

ok forget the end links, here's a gen on ebay that has the serials on the last link not the end links, seems to be one or two inconsistencies with the gen.

So it's the chapter ring lume and the end link serials then, allways good to know what to look out for on ebay scam auctions.

Pug does yours have the serial numbers on the end links? the one pictured on Josh's site doesn't appear to have them.

Pretty cool, shame you can't do more with the design, they should at least let you change the name on the dial, here's my 5 minute effort....

Heres a new model gen, the bezel pearl looks spot on to me, as does the date font, dunno about that S and date window though...

Bezel is different on that gen one, it has ticks under the numbers on the gen but not on the one from the forum.

Its a shame the rest of the movie didn't live up to the first 20 minutes.

So you want a gen watch, that will last forever, is ideal for all situations, has an auto movement, and great lume...... for around $100, could you let me know please if you find it.

BOB straps are very good, probably one of the best (quality/price) value straps around.

wonder if they'll be repping this one, it has a glass back, nothing new there, but it also has glass sides on the case! not sure it would be as impressive with an asian ETA inside it though
